Deadbeats, Parasites and Losers

This portion of my website is a special place for those people who have made a conscious descision to screw me. These are not the good people who run into problems and need time to take care of an account. I have always bent over backwards to help those in need. This is for the person or persons or companys who think they can blow off their legal obligation with impunity and continue to carry on like it is their personal right to bring their loser habits to my place of business. 
My motto in life has always been "be Fair and be Firm", sadly being firm has not been my strong point over the past few years.
 
It has been my policy over the years to issue a letter and statement at the end of each fiscal year to those accounts who havn't paid asking them nicely to clear up their account. I have issued this same statement and letter to a number of these accounts for at least three years and been ignored. I have the option of going to small claims court to try and recover my losses but I choose to not do that at this time although it will be an option as long as the account is within the statute of limitations and seeing your name in print fails to bring the desired solution.
 
Oct 31st, 2010 will be the opening day of listing bad accounts.
