Suspension
We are the Canadian Division of Too Tech Racing of California - Just one of the many company's we maintain a working relationship with. One of our strengths is recognizing expertise in the industry and we are fortunate to have access to some of the best in the industry. Our philosophy has always been and will continue to be. " No one works harder or has the knowledge and skill to deliver your complete satisfaction", Period !
Revalves - We take your existing components and modify them to work for you. Subjective valving, correct settings, proper spring rates, rider style and riding application all go into building suspension that works for you. It's guaranteed ! We will work with you to ensure your revalve is right. We have the best ongoing rider support program in the business, Period.
- Subjective Fork Re-Valve and Service - From $195.00 CDN. (fluids are not included)
add $29.95 for big bikes, $19.95 for mini's. Parts, springs are extra. - Subjective Shock Re-Valve and Service - From $195.00 CDN. (fluids and nitrogen are not included)
add $16.95 for all bikes. Parts, springs are extra.
Please note that we offer a height reduction service for those smaller riders on both big bikes and mini's. We can reduce the height of your bike by 1/2 inch to 2 inchs on average. If you choose to have this done at the same time as your revalve it will add an additional $100.00 to your cost. Parts, springs are extra.
Pro-Package Suspension Kits:
We are pleased to introduce the new RC-2 series Fork Piston/Valve kit and the NV-2 series Shock Piston/Valve kits from Ride Concepts.
The RC-2 series fork piston/valve set is a fully tuneable high velocity digressive fork piston designed to improve the passive valving currently used by modern moto-cross bikes. Increased traction is achieved by improved hydraulics and increased downword wheel pressure. Like its counterpart (the NV-2 shock piston) it keeps the suspension in the soft part of the travel with no compromising effects on the high speed portion of travel.
The NV-2 series shock set is the only Bike shock piston in the world that offers a true performance enhancement over existing stock components. The liniar digressive parenthic port of this new style piston allows a mechanical advantage over current design pistons that keeps the shock in the "sweet spot" of shaft travel, without the use of a rebound seperator valve. This piston allows the valving shims to function as if they were fully digressive with no compromise usually associated with this type of valve set.
Increased Traction - Plush Ride - Faster Lap Times.

2008 and 2009 Honda Steering Damper Re-Valve Service.
Unfortunately, even with the best valving, CRF450 and CRF250 Honda's are prone to high speed head shake. Apparently Honda knew this and added a steering damper. I like the damper concept because the linkage design ensures progressive damping as the steering approaches extreme angles. The only flaw is that the damper does not possess enough damping to "kill" the headshake after one cycle. The internal changes we make significantly increase damping and result in a HUGE reduction in headshake.
- The re-valved damper is so effective that it even minimizes headshake on a stock 2009 CRF450.
- Re-Valve and Service - $ 115.00 (fluids included - parts are extra)
- Rebuild Service - $49.95 (fluids inclcuded - parts are extra)
Suspension Dyno - Our newest acquisition of a Suspension Dyno gives us the ability to take your suspension performance to a completely new level. It gives us the added benefit of being able to maintain a proven build every time you bring your forks/shock in for service. This is a free service to anyone who purchases a suspension package from us and for those of you who use someone else's suspension, there will be a small fee to dyno and give you the printed results. We dont know of a single motorcycle shop in Canada that can make that claim.
Rebuilds - Our rebuilds include complete disassembly. All components are cleaned and all circuits are flushed to ensure an uncompromised environment. (we do not offer an "oil Change" version of our rebuild. I dont believe in it. It is absolutely imperative that suspension internals have a clean environment to live in, this cannot happen with a simple oil change. You surely wouldn't change the oil in your motocross bike or the family car without changing the filter so why would you compromise your suspension !)
- Fork Rebuild Service - Disassembled, complete cleaning including flushed circuits, polished fork tubes, all wear parts inspected and measured to ensure they are within service limits.
*RSV suspension fluids properly bled and oil levels set to factory spec. - Shock Rebuild Service - Disassembled, complete cleaning including flushed circuits, polished shock shaft, all wear parts inspected and measured to ensure the are within service limits.
*RSV suspension fluids and assembled air free with nitrogen pressure set to spec. - Fork Rebuild Cost - $85.00 CDN (fluids are not included)
add $29.95 for big bikes, $19.95 for mini's. Parts are extra - Shock Rebuild Cost - $75.00 CDN (fluids and nitrogen are not included)
add $16.95 for all bikes. Parts are extra.
*RSV - Rider Specific Viscosity - Suspension Fluid specifically blended for you.
We carry a complete inventory of hard to get parts for all your suspension needs.
